Today has been a mixture of lucky and unlucky. Sadly the scale has been tipped more towards the "unlucky". It was an average day to start with, freezing as it usually is in Scotland and my bag was mega heavy due to the fact I had about 4 books to carry. The walk to school was horrible due to the cold temperatures and how I just couldn't be bothered. However, what made everything SO much better was the fact that we got our lockers today!!!! I am now the proud owner of locker 533 located at the girls toilets (lol)! So happy! Mind you, straight after it I went into my tutor class, caught my tights and boom - laddered my tights (and the fact that I kept having to pull them up meant they never stopped laddering and I ended up walking about looking a bit like a tart all day!). We also got shed-loads of homework which I should probably crack on with.
After school I had the dentist which, unlike most people, I really don't mind! I guess it's because I've never had problems, only had to get 4 teeth out to get my braces in. I've never had a filling or anything like that to the surprise of many people. My lovely dentist (called Claire) said that I had perfect teeth and we had a great chat about school and my choices after my highers. She then went on to say if I needed any work experiance or if I needed any questions about following Dentistry my mum could just phone up because she would love if she could help (I either want to go into Dentistry or Medicine) which I thought was uber nice of her!
